I recently made a deposit with FX Pro and placed my first trade. Since I usually use pending orders, I was surprised to see that the price I set was moved from my original entry point. This left me confused, wondering why it happened. 🤷‍♂️

My name is Muhammad Kamal Al-Sayed Khalil. I made a withdrawal on February 5, 2025, and to this day, I have not received the funds. My attempts to contact customer service have been frustrating, as I keep receiving the same response that my withdrawal is "in processing."

It is completely unacceptable to delay a withdrawal for more than six days without proper communication or resolution. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the platform’s credibility. As this is my first experience with your service, I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend dealing with your platform.
